Housed in a working dairy barn from 1912, this is where the zoo stops to eat — burgers, hand-cut fries, and cold drinks served under the original hayloft beams. Grab a picnic table on the shaded patio and you'll have a clear view straight across to the bison range. Open daily from 11am, with the last order taken an hour before the gates close.
